Welkom bij Gîte 'Le Perroudier'

A warm welcome to our traditional Périgourdine holiday home in the Périgord Noir. Gîte Le Perroudier is located in the southeast of the Dordogne, between the Dordogne and Vézère rivers, surrounded by valleys, caves, prehistoric sites, and castles. The house is within walking distance of Montfort with its castle and a restaurant with a terrace. The house (130 m²), renovated in 2021, features a large private garden with seating areas, BBQ, and a vegetable garden where you are free to pick produce. From the garden, you have a view of Montfort Castle. There is ample parking and a lockable garage for bikes and golf bags. For families with young children, a baby bed and high chair are available. The Dordogne River, a UNESCO World Heritage site and one of France's cleanest rivers, is 2 km away—perfect for swimming, canoeing, and fishing. In Goudon there is a sandy beach, and in Vitrac a pebble beach. Layout: Ground floor: practical kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, fridge/freezer, oven, filter coffee maker), bedroom for 2 (160×200 cm) with ensuite bathroom, entrance with toilet, spacious living room (30 m²) with TV. First floor: two bedrooms (1×140×200 cm, 1×90×200 cm + 140×200 cm), both with washbasin. Bathroom with shower, toilet, and washbasin. Sarlat, Domme, Beynac, La Roque-Gageac, and Castelnaud are easily reached. There are hiking trails, golf courses, and plenty of opportunities for canoeing, cycling, and visiting caves, castles, and markets. Supermarkets and bakeries can be found in Cenac, Sarlat, and Carsac (10 min by car). Arrival and departure on Saturdays in high season; flexible outside high season. Minimum stay 7 nights. Wifi, water, and electricity are included. Bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are available for an extra fee. No security deposit required. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.
